No, refunds or returns are not available for PDF sewing patterns. As these are digital products, they are delivered immediately after purchase and cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my order?
Once payment is successfully processed and the download link is sent, the order cannot be canceled.

Can I request a replacement for a damaged or incomplete file?
If the file you receive is corrupted, incomplete, or has any technical issues, I will provide you with a replacement free of charge. Contact me via the contact form or directly at info@dianas-studio.com.
Are refunds available for duplicate purchases?
Refunds for duplicate purchases are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with proof of purchase, and I will review your request.
